Customer-Submitted Artwork & Logos
By submitting logos, artwork, or custom designs, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to reproduce the material.

Koke Crafts is not responsible for trademark, copyright, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates intellectual property laws or does not align with our brand standards.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.

Production & Communication
Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, customization complexity, and seasonal demand.

If clarification is needed regarding your order and a response is not received within five business days, production may proceed based on the original order details provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
