Koke Crafts is a made-to-order embroidery and monogramming studio. Each piece is created specifically for you with care and attention to detail.
Processing Time
All items are made to order.
Standard processing time is 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During holiday seasons and pop-up events, processing times may be extended.
Rush processing is available as an add-on at checkout. Rush orders are prioritized in our production schedule. Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.
Shipping Method
Orders ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timelines vary by carrier and location and are not guaranteed once a package has left our studio.
Incorrect Addresses & Carrier Delays
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
Koke Crafts is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or transit issues beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, all custom items are final sale.
If there is an error on our part—such as incorrect personalization or damage during production—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist.
Order Accuracy
Please review all spelling, initials, and customization details carefully before submitting your order. Items are embroidered exactly as entered.
Koke Crafts is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
